This is the most important lifepath. No one can deny the brevity and fragility of life; in a moment it can be gone. Perhaps the biggest mistake you or I could make in our lives is to ignore the question of “what happens after this life?” The answer to this question, more than any other, will determine the course of your life.
The spiritual lifepath is relevant for both the religious and the non-religious. Both sides seek answers to the same questions, we just haven’t arrived at the same conclusions. We ask ourselves why the truth can’t be more obvious? I think it can be; the hard part is refraining from confusing ourselves (something we are all guilty of). Charting the right course in the spiritual realm is difficult not because we lack education in this respect but maybe because we have consumed too much misleading information.
There are a few fundamental beliefs that this section uses as a starting point:
- God exists and that He left us enough clues to be certain of His existence.
- God desires our friendship (see first comment) an intimate relationship with us and He is reaching out to us more than we are reaching out to Him.
- There is such a thing as truth. It is absolute and unchanging and though it may not always seem like it, it is tangible.
In this section we will try to hone in on spiritual truth and its components.

hey bro, great job getting the website going! I like the deep thought behind each lifepath. I wish I was more bold in discussing lifepaths with more people around me. I agree with your basic fundamentals except for your use of the word “friendship.” I think that friendship as understood in the 21st century is far to casual of a word to describe the relationship God desires with man. None of my friendships impact my every thought and action and the average person on facebook probably has around 500 “friends.” I think that in light of this current cultural reality we would be fooling people to tell them that God merely wants access to read their wall on occasion. As John 17 describes I think God desires “unity” with man. Since God is unchanging we will conform to him as we progress in our union. Thoughts?
John 17: 20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.”
yea, that’s what I meant to say. haha.. thanks chris for the insight. I think you are dead on.
